Ingredients
Makes 25-30 balls
- 2 cups finely crushed digestive biscuits (graham crackers)
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 400g tin condensed milk
Suggestions to add in:
- orange essence
- caramel centres
- peppermint essence
- choc chips
- hundreds & thousands sprinkles
- crushed nuts

Method
- Put the crushed biscuits into a mixing bowl and add the coconut and cocoa powder. Mix together.
- Add the condensed milk and continue mixing until all ingredients are combined.
- For different flavour variations, mix in other ingredients now (eg: orange essence) or leave plain for a simple chocolate flavour.
- Form the mixture into balls and place them onto a tray. Make the balls any size you like. It’s easier to roll the balls if you dampen your hands slightly.
- Place the balls into the fridge to chill for about 30 minutes, then remove and decorate them however you like, or leave them plain.
